my body may be imprisoned in concrete jungle
my heart takes a flight
once in a while
it flies away to distant lands
sits down somewhere
beside a river
or a lake
picks up wild flowers
lets the grass tickle the toes
wind ruffle hair
and then it returns silently
to its concrete chamber
and smiles with joy
and deep pleasure
