thursday pedagogy 19.12.13

Most of the eastern cultures do try to deny reality, like parents can be wrong, religions can be wrong etc. But Courts and law should try to be more realistic, they should think rationally before passing, rejecting a petition, law, that is what I think because I am bit disobedient when it comes to blind suppport. I dont blindly support God, even though God is greatest well wisher of human beings but God quite often lets bad things happen to best people, innocent people, good people. So forget about man made and society made laws.

Recently Indian Courts took a leap backwards by making same sex love illegal, now this is I think really weird, queer, bizarre šŸ™‚ not same sex relationship.

If they say society does not accepts it, it did not- in the past, but now it does. Well, there was a time when society did not accepted inter-religious marriages, mixing, working women… they are all past superstitions now.

What will they gain from branding, torturing these people? Nothing! They will only increase number of criminals, by branding these men and women criminals. What is their crime? They make love in a way society does not likes, even though their lovers are adult and consenting.

There was a time when enjoying physical relationship was called a sin in many religions. rings a bell?

Please dont label decent, harmless people as criminals. Invest your energy on finding and punishing those who harm the society.

  1. It’s the most ridiculous and retrograde judgement and I don’t understand how we can have two class citizens. Love is our right and SC should have never made it illegal. It’s hypocrisy.

    1. I agree šŸ™‚ Indians expert in hypocrisy, they reek of stupid snobbery, just a few seconds ago, a man passed by, he was talking with a man that lives opposite to our house, they mocked the exchange of christmas greetings and ofcourse they had to prove they were so Indian making the slogan “bharat mata kee jay” sound like a filthy cheap slogan šŸ™‚

he ofcourse has a copyright over Hinduism, runs the local kalipuja circus, extorts huge amount of money in name of it, even though his house repair in a gala scale right after that is quite mysterious.

this is India meri jaan šŸ™‚ Hypocrits bark loudest here.

      beautiful is not it?
