Chanakya Neeti 12

It is useless to educate an uninterested pupil, if you plant a bamboo and sandal tree in the same pit, the bamboo does not grow up to become a sandal tree.

Quite true, anyone who has taught kids know the veracity of these words, how true they are! I remember a pair or two, who finally made me realize that teaching tuitions is not my line of job, even though I would have loved it.
Amongst the half dozen kids I have taught, only one was interested in studies, and that girl, I don’t think she needed my tuitions! She was really bright and rarely needed my guidance.

Chanakya was the mentor, guide and prime minister of Emperor Chandragupta Maurya. His words were very wise when it came to explaining human nature and ways of actual world.

As I am too engrossed with my twins (agnishatdalezine.wordpress.com and agnijaat.wordpress.com- check them out guys, my twin Ezines Agnishatdal and Agnijaat) I will use him as my own and your teacher for at least a couple of months. Hope you will benefit too.
